Clean your nose to remove mucus before using OtriCare Plus Saltwater.

Remove the protective cap.

Hold the spray bottle vertically and spray a few times to activate the spray pump.

Gently bend your neck forward over a wash and tilt your head to the right.

Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal divider, and press hard.

Turn your head to the opposite side and repeat in the other nostril.

Remove the spray from the nostril, return to the upright position while letting the solution act for a few seconds, then plaster the nose.

Repeat the procedure if necessary.

Wash the applicator thoroughly with warm water and wipe it off after use.
