Nepali Special Mo:Mo One of the most popular dish of Nepal. A bite sized dumplings made with a spoonful of stuffing wrapped in a dough and cooked in steamed or pan fried. The filling of meat and fresh vegetables and spices becomes succulent as it produces as intensively flavoured broth sealed inside the wrappers. Served with the Himalayan Chutney.
