Just the old vines, 55-60 years old. Made in 350-litre barrels of which half are new. In fact, one of the two barrels! The most complete wine in the cellar, the light toastiness supporting the orchard fruit very well. Much grainier texture, millerand grapes, with good acidity. Will need a little more time.
