94-97 Mid crimson. Beautifully stylish. A sense of precision here I didn’t quite find in the Petits Monts. This is Maxime at his very best with delightful energy, and a real sense of intensity. Red fruit, on the darker side of the scale before hitting black berry territory, with a little touch of salinity to finish. Some years could have even more tension but this is really good.
