Grape procedure: 95% de-stemming-5% with stems. Maceration time: 20 days. Barrel ageing:3 months in concrete tanks followed by 18 months in Allier oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Very intense and bright color. The nose shows aromas of red fruit, great touches of mint and licorice and notes of minerality in perfect harmony with the subtle aromas provided by its aging in the french oak barrel. The mouth is soft and fresh at the same time, giving way to a firm structure very balanced with the acidity and the fruit. Its finish is long and fragant with a complex and fruity aftertaste. Its balance and complexity suggest a great potencial of development in the bottle.
